As a single mom of 3, Elizabeth understands first hand how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. During the Covid pandemic, she became certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA. Since then she has completed other trainings and is now an Elite Trainer. In addition to being a CPT, Elizabeth holds an associates of science in nutrition and food sciences, a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee in Nutrition, as well as a Masters in clinical dietetics from the University of Tennessee. She has completed over 1200 hours of internships towards becoming a registered dietitian and will be sitting for her credentialing exam this summer. Elizabeth has chosen to continue her education and has begun to work on her PhD in Implementation Sciences in Community Nutrition.
At the start of her own fitness journey, Elizabeth lost over 100lbs and competed in the NPC in the bikini division. Since then, Elizabeth has focused on finding a balance of nutrition, fitness, and family. Elizabeth now specializes in creating plans that fit into your life and your budget.
